OGC provides legal counsel in the area of Governance to the System and all campuses in matters related to:

• State and Federal Laws and Regulations, including
  • Public Information Act;
  • Open Meetings Act ;
• System policies and regulations; and
• Conflict of Interest, and Ethics.
