Charles McMahen

Mr. Charles E. McMahen served as Chairman and Chief Executive of Compass Banks of Texas, Inc. from March 1990 to March 1999. Mr. McMahen served as an Officer of Compass Bank and BBVA USA Bancshares, Inc. Mr. McMahen served as Vice Chairman of BBVA USA Bancshares, Inc. from 2001 to December 2003 and Compass Bank from 1999 to December 31, 2003.

Mr. McMahen has been a Director of EPE Holdings, LLC, a General Partner of Enterprise GP Holdings L.P since August 2005. He has been a Director for BBVA USA Bancshares, Inc. since 1990. He has been Director of Enterprise Products Holdings LLC since August 2005. He serves as Director of Compass Bank and Enterprise Products GP. He served as Director of PNM Resources Inc., Parent company of Public Service Company of New Mexico, from May 17, 2005 to August 21, 2007.

He served as a Director of Compass Bank from March 1999 to December 31, 2003.Mr. McMahen served on the Board of Directors of Greater Houston Partnership from 1995 to 2003.

He served as Chairman of the Board of Regents of the University of Houston from September 1998 to August 2000. He is the recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the University of Houston and in 2002 was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree.

Mr. McMahen is a graduate from the University of Houston, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
